Robin Wright and Sean Penn spark reunion rumours after 13 years

Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor were considered to be one of Hollywood’s most enduring love stories, right up until they announced their shock split in 2017.

The pair married in 2000 and welcomed two children, a daughter, Ella, and a son, Quinlan.

In 2014, Taylor stuck by the Zoolander star during his shock prostate cancer diagnosis, with Stiller receiving a cancer-free status after surgery.

Stiller revealed in 2016 he had been diagnosed with cancer two years earlier, at the age of 48, but had kept it hidden until then.

“It came out of the blue for me. I had no idea,” Ben said during an interview on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM radio show at the time.

“At first, I didn’t know what was going to happen,” he added. “I was scared. The one thing that it does is it just stops everything in your life when you get diagnosed with cancer because you can’t plan for a movie — you don’t know what’s going to happen.”

After 17 years of marriage, Taylor and Stiller announced they were separating but still had “tremendous love” for eachother.

Despite their split, the couple continued to appear publicly together at red carpets and events.

But now, five years after their breakup, Stiller has revealed they have reconciled and are giving their love another shot.

“Then, over the course of time, it evolved,” the actor told Esquire.

“We were separated and got back together and we’re happy about that. It’s been really wonderful for all of us. Unexpected, and one of the things that came out of the pandemic.”
