The stars of Jurassic Park: Then and now

It’s been 30 years this year since we first gathered in cinemas to hum along to the Jurassic Park theme song.

Back in 1993, Stephen Spielberg’s hit film had us questioning it all, from science’s impact on our world, to whether or not we should buy safari shorts to look just like Laura Dern.

At the time, the film was met with mixed but mainly glowing reviews, with The Hollywood Reporter dubbing it “superb” and “horrific entertainment” and Variety calling it a “monster hit”.

The film didn’t stop there, quickly producing a sequel in 1997. The series now boasts five extra instalments, with the latest film, Jurassic World Dominionreleased last year.

To celebrate, we’ve dug into the archives to find out what the original ’90s stars of Jurassic Park have been up to over the past few decades.
