Hallmark has come up with a new family drama with a twist of time travel. The series, titled The Way Home, premiered recently and has already become one of the most-watched shows on the cable network.

The show follows three generations of women of the Landry family, who find their way back to each other and learn about their family’s past. The second episode of the show aired recently, and fans are now eagerly waiting for the release of the next episode. But when will The Way Home episode 3 come out? Read on to find out.

The Way Home Season 1 Episode 3 Release Date and Time

The third episode of The Way Home season 1 will be aired on Hallmark on Sunday, January 29, 2023, at 9 pm ET. The episode has been titled ‘I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing.’ For those who miss the airing on cable, the episode will be available to stream on Philo and FuboTV. The total number of episodes in the first season of the show has not been revealed yet.

Hallmark has also released the description for the upcoming episode, which reads, “Alice falls in love with the past and has her first kiss; Kat starts a job at the local paper; Del deals with bittersweet memories attached to Colton’s boat.”

The official synopsis for the show reads, “Three generations of strong and independent women living together in the small farm town of Port Haven embark on an enlightening and surprising journey none of them could have imagined as they learn how to find their way back to each other.”

“More than 20 years prior, life-changing events prompted Kat to move away from her small Canadian farm town of Port Haven, and she remains estranged from Del to this day. Alice has never met her grandmother and is unaware of the reasons for their fractured family.”

“As the three generations of women slowly work on finding their footing as a family, they embark on an enlightening – and surprising – journey none of them could have imagined as they learn how to find their way back to each other,” it reads further.

The Way of Home has Become One of the Most-Watched Cable Programs

The show, which premiered on January 15, has already become the second most-watched entertainment cable program on Sunday and the third most-watched cable program in the entire week. The show reached over 2.4 million unique viewers, making Hallmark Channel the most-watched entertainment cable network of the week.

The show stars Chyler Leigh as Kat Landry Dhawan, Sadie Laflamme-Snow as Alice Dhawan, Andie MacDowell as Del Landry, Evan Williams as Elliot Augustine, Jefferson Brown as Colton Landry, Alex Hook as Teenage Kat Landry, Remy Smith as Jacob Landry, and Al Mukadam as Bradyen Dhawan.
