Azalea’s decision to join OnlyFans is a 180-degree turn from her position just over two years ago. She released a statement saying that by partnering with OnlyFans, she is able to circumvent the “overwhelming and creatively limiting censorship” of other online venues.

“Hotter Than Hell” is “unapologetically hot” and “based in creative, colourful, tongue-in-cheek fun,” according to the official announcement. According to the press release, the project’s visual inspiration came from “the supermodels of the ’90s, Pamela Anderson, the creation of the centrefold model, sexuality and its various perspectives between men and women, and Madonna’s ‘Sex’ book.” Azalea wants to work with famous producers and photographers.

The fan-subscription site has been a safe haven for X-rated video from adult performers since its 2016 start, and the company is actively pursuing content creators who don’t specialise in porn. In the 2021 fiscal year, OnlyFans reported staggering $4.8 billion in sales, with artists receiving $3.86 billion.
