Pictures from Sawant’s Muslim wedding quickly spread online on Wednesday. Her marriage licence, which listed her name as “Rakhi Sawant Fatima,” was featured in one of the photos. She has now converted to Islam from Hinduism and is a Muslim by religion.

Sawant announced her wedding to Adil Khan on Instagram. The message stated, “Allha aap dono ki jodhi salamat rakhe ab rakhi nahi adil ki bivi hai ye mat bholna koi galat comment mat karna kissi ki ghar ki izzat hai ab rakhi Allah bless you both of you,” the caption continued.

Rakhi Sawant and Adil Khan are shown in the video forcing each other to wear the headdresses. When Rakhi finally tied the knot with Adil, she stated, “Finally, I’m pleased very excited and got married my love is 4 Ever unconditional love for you Adil.”

In addition, Rakhi shared the news that she and Adil Khan tied the knot seven months ago. The “Bigg Boss” star opened out to ETimes about her Nikah ceremony.

Rakhi Sawant was threatened before marriage

Additionally, Rakhi disclosed that it was Adil Khan who advised her against making their marriage public. “We both went through the nikah and the legal marriage process. For the last seven months, I’ve kept quiet since he forbade me to say anything. We were married, but he didn’t want it to get out otherwise his sister would have trouble finding a husband.”
